CBSE Board Exams 2021-22 Date Sheet released: Exams to begin on Nov 30:
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) examination controller Sanyam Bhardwaj said the date sheet has been released for major subjects. Nearly 50% of the 36 lakh students for the CBSE’s class X and XII final exams will write their exams in their own schools. The Board exams will announce on Monday commence from 11.30 am due to the winter season. (CBSE) on October 18 released the date sheets for Class 10 and 12 term-1 board exams 2021-22. This is for the first time the CBSE will be conducting the board exams in two phases term 1 and term 2.
The term I exams will be objective type and the duration of the tests will be 90 minutes. While the schedule for minor subjects will sent to schools separately. CBSE will conduct the first-term board examinations for classes 10 and 12 offline in November-December. The board is also increasing the number of exam centers from 7,000 to 14,000. Candidates can check the date sheet on the official website- cbse.gov.in
The term 1 exams for major subjects for Class 10 students will conducted between November 30 and December 11; and December 1 and December 22 for Class 12. The examinations for term 2 will conducted in March-April, the board said. Bifurcating the academic session, holding two term-end exams, and rationalizing. the syllabus as part of the special assessment scheme for class 10 and 12 CBSE board exams for 2021-22, which announced in July in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. Theory examinations this year scrapped after the second wave of Covid-19 took hold. “Duration of each paper of major subject will be 90 minutes. Reading time will be 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes. Keeping in view the winter season, the exam will start at 11.30 am instead of 10.30 am,” Bhardwaj said in the official notice. The examinations will have objective-type questions.
CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2022 date sheet for Term 1 exams
The number of registered candidates has increased by nearly 4 lakh this year. While around 22 lakh candidates expected to take the OMR– based MCQ term 1 of the class X exams, around 14 lakh have registered for term 1 of the class XII final. For CBSE Class 10 students, the first exam for major subjects is scheduled on November 30 for Social Science followed by Science on December 2, Home Science on December 3, Mathematics standard and Mathematics basic on December 4, Computer Application on December 8, Hindi courses A and B on December 9 and English on December 11.

“I feel a large number of schools would fixed as self-centers keeping in view the distance and comfort of students. CBSE would be putting efforts in terms of examination centers and observes. So that examination conducted safely and in a fair manner,” he said.
