2. Consume excess of water and Fruit Juices
Take 2 to 3 liters of water daily. You have to add coconut water, watermelons, and fresh juices also. Because water consumption helps us to stay hydrated and flush toxins from the body.
Protecting your skin in the summer requires a moisturizer. Choose a formula that is non-greasy based on the type of skin you have. But make sure it also has antioxidants like vitamins C and A. Sunscreen is even better. When you take a bath, put on a moisturizer right away.
